ZK Homes is the first new home builder in Houston, Bellaire, Sugar Land and the surrounding areas to certify under the new NAHB Green Guideline program.  Not only that, ZK Homes certified at the highest level of Green Certification by the National Association of Home Builders, Gold. . This is a true accomplishment and industry leading noteworthy effort. While other green building programs are based on “the honor system”, being a Gold Level Green builder means our homes go through multiple 3rd party inspections to verify that we are building to this high standard. Most ZK Homes are constructed to these same standards and all require verifications and inspections to make our own ZK Green level.

Our ZK Green Home program integrates some of the building industry’s best building science & construction practices combined with eco-friendly materials to create healthy, sustainable energy-efficient homes in Houston, Bellaire and Sugar Land that allow homeowners to reduce energy costs while improving their quality of life. In most cases, tax incentives are available to buyers who purchase our homes as numerous products and practices we use qualify.
