For the Interior Designer in You 

Should you purchase a home prior to the commencement of construction, all offered design selections and upgrades will be available to you. Those homes purchased during construction may be limited in selectable items, but opportunities may still exist to modify your home to fit your needs. At the ZK Design Center, you will be offered the opportunity to select certain finishes, colors, and change options. From travertine and wood floor colors to countertop and hardware selection, a wide range of options will be available for your selection.

A one-on-one meeting with our Design Coordinator will take you one step closer to the “luxury you deserve.”
